Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Medical-Surgical Unit and be part of a collaborative, patient-focused environment where your skills and compassion make a real difference. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on care, monitor patient progress, and work closely with an experienced healthcare team to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial assessments to evaluate patients’ conditions and determine care needs.

• Safely administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians or advanced practice providers.

• Monitor, record, and report vital signs, lab results, and other key health data.

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Educate and support patients and their families, helping them understand diagnoses, treatment options, and discharge instructions.

• Maintain a clean and safe care environment while following all infection prevention and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' conditions.
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Administer prescribed medications, monitor their effects, and educate patients on medication management.
Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

Skills & Experience

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
Specialized training or certification in mental health nursing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health care, preferably in a clinical setting.
Proficient in conducting mental health assessments, developing care plans, and administering medications.
