Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) on the Medical-Surgical Unit and make a real difference in the lives of patients every day. Responsibilities:
• Complete thorough patient assessments to identify care needs and guide treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor and record vital signs, lab results, and other key health indicators.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver exceptional, personalized care.
• Support and educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment options, and recovery steps.
• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' conditions.
  • Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor their effects, and educate patients on medication management.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

Skills & Experience

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
  • Specialized training or certification in mental health nursing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health care, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Proficient in conducting mental health assessments, developing care plans, and administering medications.
