Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) on the Medical-Surgical Unit and make a real difference in the lives of patients every day. In this role, you’ll use your skills and compassion to assess patients, administer medications, and monitor their progress while working side by side with a supportive healthcare team. You’ll also provide education and reassurance to patients and their families, helping them feel informed and cared for in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Complete thorough patient assessments to identify care needs and guide treatment plans.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Monitor and record vital signs, lab results, and other key health indicators.

• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver exceptional, personalized care.

• Support and educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment options, and recovery steps.

• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' conditions.
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Administer prescribed medications, monitor their effects, and educate patients on medication management.
Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

Skills & Experience

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
Specialized training or certification in mental health nursing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health care, preferably in a clinical setting.
Proficient in conducting mental health assessments, developing care plans, and administering medications.
